EACH AMBASSADOR WILL:
  • Go door-to-door on your own block to find out if your neighbors are in need of a lunch time meal for themselves and/or their children.
  • If yes -  ask if that household if they would like to have lunch prepared by a local restaurant (MIller Pizza, Chick Fila, others) or a chef delivered to their home.
  • If yes  - Record the address the last name of the family, how many adults are in the home and how many kids there are and find out about any dietary restrictions in the household.
  • ​Submit all information via the form below.
  • ​After receiving the information City life center will determine a date for delivery and send you delivery date cards with the day and time that we will be on you block to deliver the meals.
  • You will distribute these cards to every home on their that is requesting a meal.
  •  ​On the day of delivery, If possible, we would love for you meet to our delivery personnel and go door-to-door with them to drop off meals with contact free delivery.
